The guide counting of white blood cells WBCs and red blood cells RBCs in microscopic pictures is a very tedious, time ingesting, and erroneous procedure. Automatic analysis will let hematologist specialists to perform quicker and more precisely. The proposed strategy uses an iterative structured circle detection set of rules for matlab segmentation and counting of WBCs and RBCs. The separation of WBCs from RBCs was completed by thresholding, and true preprocessing steps were constructed for each cell type.
